Meet our Instructor
Born and raised in France, Mathilde studied Theatre Literature at the University of Artois. Simultaneously, she was accepted into the Conservatory of Lille where she trained as an actress. There, she specialised in various art forms including: Mask, Devising, Improvisation, Clowning and Directing. During her studies, she had the chance to start teaching drama and improvisation to kids and young adults.

Mathilde moved in Singapore in 2015 to discover Asian traditional theatre forms at the Intercultural Theatre Institute. As a graduate she performed in productions such as “Lysistrata ” (2016), “Leakages and Anticoagulants ” (2017), “Our Town ” (2017) and created a solo piece “Between the shoe and the woman who wore it ”.

She directed and performed in successful plays for The Theatre Factory since 2016.
In 2018, Mathilde becomes a full-time Performance and Drama teacher for Centre Stage school of the art where she continues to teach today.
